Thurs., 5 August 2021, 7.30 pm: highlights of the day from the Gstaad Conducting Academy

Gstaad Menuhin Festival & Academy is proud to launch a new digital format his year: the Gstaad Digital Conducting Academy.

The Gstaad Digital Conducting Academy is the virtual venue to present musical and pedagogical insights into the world of the Gstaad Conducting Academy to an international audience.

From 3 to 6 August 2021, an approximately one-hour stream with selected highlights from the recorded rehearsals and lessons of the respective previous day will be broadcast daily at 7.30 pm.

Furthermore, video clips with exciting conversations, reflections, and analyses by and with Professor Johannes Schlaefli as well as the students will add to the insights into the Gstaad Conducting Academy.

As another highlight, the final concert of the Gstaad Conducting Academy will be recorded in full length and broadcast on 6 August 2021, 7.30 pm.

On Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, there will be further unique insights to the Academy. By the launch of the Gstaad Digital Conducting Academy, we offer our digital community the opportunity to become part of the exceptional Academy from afar through interactive activities, interviews, pictures, and videos.
